Spicy Asian food is my hands down favorite, and I never get tired of dining at Simply Pho House
in Bee Cave, TX.
Simply Pho House was established in 2014 by husband and wife team Sonny Tran and Loan
Huynh and has since brought its fast and fresh Asian fusion fare to Bee Cave, Lakeway, Marble
Falls and Dripping Springs communities. Simply Pho House has committed to providing
delicious, in-house made recipes using fresh ingredients.
You will find an expanded menu of popular Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese dishes as well as
boba tea drinks, beer and wine. If dining in you might even get your boba tea drinks delivered
by the in-house robot!
My husband and I usually start with an order of the shrimp spring rolls. They are so soft and
fresh, you can tell they were just made. They come with a lovely peanut dipping sauce, and we
add sriracha to it to add some kick! My go to order is the ribeye pho with double meat. I’ll let
you in on a little secret, too. If you like spicy, ask for the chili oil from the kitchen. That stuff is
magic! I add sriracha on top of that and have myself a spicy, sinus clearing feast!
To be honest, these are the only 2 dishes that I can review because I never get anything else!
I’ve seen other dishes from traditional Chinese plates to noodle and curry entrees come out of
the kitchen, and they always smell and look amazing!
