I’m thrilled to step into the role of Community Director for Ladies Lifestyle Network in the Triangle of NC. At LLN, we’re all about fostering connections, empowerment, and personal growth. I can’t wait to dive in and get to know each of you better at our upcoming events.

 

I hail from Lumberton, NC, and proudly belong to the Lumbee Tribe. In 1997, I ventured to the Triangle area with big dreams, and this vibrant community hasn’t disappointed me once. The opportunities here are boundless, and the people I’ve met along my journey are priceless.

I wear many hats—wife, mother, and proud Nana (definitely my favorite title!). For over two decades, I’ve immersed myself in the entrepreneurial world and mental health sector. Currently, I serve as a Life and Business Consultant and Counselor for entrepreneurs and executives.

​

When I’m not immersed in work, you’ll find me indulging in life’s simple pleasures—dancing, sipping wine and coffee, getting lost in a good book, or cozying up with my grandbabies for a Netflix binge. I’m all about spontaneity, and drop me off at a beach, and I’ll be in pure bliss forever.

​

Beyond my professional pursuits, I’m passionate about championing mental health services, educational programs, and community outreach initiatives. I’ve developed curricula that enhance learning experiences in public schools and volunteer my time to support new business startups across various sectors.

​

Academically, I’ve pursued a diverse range of studies—a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Management, Masters in Health Service Administration, Masters of Education, MBA, and a PhD in Religious Counseling and Hypnotherapy. I’m an ordained minister, mental fitness counselor, hypnotherapist, and certified life coach among many other holistic modalities.
